Solar Eclipse Corvallis FAQs
All campsites are SOLD OUT. No new campsites will be opened.
Q: Do I have to reserve a campsite in advance?
Q: I have an international address. How can I register?
A: Please use the Corvallis Parks & Recreation Office address:

Q: Is the campsite price per day, or for the weekend/event?
A: The price is $200 whether you stay one night or two.
Q: Do we get viewing glasses with our reservation? If so, how many?
A: Yes – one pair per person registered.
Q: If I cancel my plans, can I get a refund?
A: No refunds will be issued.
Q: What will the funds raised from this event benefit?
A: Proceeds from this event will support Park Maintenance Projects.
Q: When can I check-in to my site?
A: Check-in times on Saturday and Sunday are 11am-6pm. Check-out by 1pm on Monday.
Q. What address should I enter into my GPS to get me to the site?
A: 100 SE Fischer Lane, Corvallis OR 97333
Q: Will there be potable water?
A: No there will be no potable water. You will need to bring your own or purchase on site.
Q: What is the biggest size tent that I can bring?
A: Each site is 20ft x 30ft *Semi-permanent structures are not allowed.
Q: Is there a limit to how many people can stay in one campsite?
A: For Tent Campsite 7 and 8 for RV Campsite
Q: Will you offer ADA campsites?
A: Yes – There will be a custom question during reservation to request an ADA campsite.
Q: Do I get to pick my own campsite?
A: Campers will be assigned a specific campsite section, but the day of the event the camper can select what lot in the order of arrival.
Q: Can I stake my tent to the ground?
Q: Can I use a camp stove? Open fire pit? BBQ grills? What about propane lanterns?
A: No campfires or charcoal bbq grills allowed – but gas grills & lanterns are ok.
Q: Can I bring pets?
A: No – Service animals only
Q: Will there be picnic tables? Can I bring my own folding chairs and tables?
A: Yes, there will be a limited number of picnic tables available and you can bring your own tables and chairs.
Q: Will there be showers available on site?
A: No. There are showers available, with admission, at Osborn Aquatic Center.
Q: How many portable toilets do you plan to have on site?
A: 21 (hand washing stations will also be available)
Q: Will RV dumping be available?
A: No – not at the site, however the Shell gas station on 3rd street (1680 SW 3rd St) has an RV dumping station.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Q: Will there be food available for purchase?
A: Yes, there will be several concession options on site.
Q: Will alcohol be allowed?
A: Alcohol will only be allowed if purchased and enjoyed in the beer garden area. No outside alcohol will be allowed.
Q: Will drinking water & ice be available for purchase on site?
A: Drinking water will be available for purchase, however ice will not.
Q: Will there be entertainment?
A: Yes. There will be entertainment from local performers ranging from live music to kids programming on Saturday and Sunday. Please see the SCHEDULE page for more details.
